The actuator of the MTF Linear Motors include the actuator core, winding and permanent magnet. The core of the actuator is made of soft magnetic material and consists of several actuator teeth connected by the yoke of the actuator. The distance between the teeth of each actuator along the direction of motion is fixed or unfixed. There is no less than one group of magnetic gathering unit installed on the teeth of the actuator, and the magnetic gathering unit is located at the pole shoe of the teeth of the actuator. Each magnetic gathering unit contains three permanent magnets and soft magnetic material used to fix its installation position.  
The magnetization direction of the three permanent magnets is to or outward along the center of the magnetization unit. Due to the three permanent magnets being magnetized in the same direction or outward-magnetized from the same point, there is a significant magnetic convergence effect, which can effectively reduce the magnetic leakage coefficient and improve the utilization rate of magnetic energy of permanent magnets. In addition, soft magnetic materials of a certain width are kept between each permanent magnet, and soft magnetic materials of a certain width are kept on both sides of each magnetizing unit. A magnetic separation bridge is designed between different magnetic gathering units in the same actuator tooth to ensure the uncoupling between different magnetic gathering units.

How Non Magnetic Track linear motor works?

About our MTF Linear Motors working principle, the most basic electromagnetic theory is still unchanged, but it adopts the latest magnetic field modulation theory, self-modulated ferroalloy stator. We transfer the magnet supposed to be laid on the stator to the mover, so that the coil and magnet are integrated on the mover.The synonym-shaped design on the stator provides a magnetic circuit that essentially interacts with two magnetic fields to generate thrust.


When the mover moves, the corresponding magnet also moves with it. That is, the activist will have an excitation magnet with a movement, magnet movement to which part, which part produces electromagnetic force. Thus, like the rotating permanent magnet synchronous motor, the magnet utilization rate reaches 100%, and no extra magnets are exposed. The design of this structure overcomes two shortcomings of conventional linear motors.Namely, the large amount of magnets and the low utilization rate. This greatly reduces the cost of linear motors and improves safety.
