Why Choose a Shrink Lidding Film?

For MAP packaging, the water in the meat reacts with the CO2 in the gas mixture to become H2CO3, causing the gas volume to decrease over time. If a normal non-shrink lidding film is used, the lidding film will become wrinkled as the gas volume decreases, affecting the appearance of the product. Because of its special shrinkage, TLDF will keep the product packaging flat and wrinkle-free throughout the shelf life, bringing a more competitive appearance and purchasing experience to the product. TLDF is a 25 micron shrink lidding film suitable for sealing in MAP Tray, due to its wide sealing range and processability it can be sealed directly to PP and PE and is suitable for rigid and semi-rigid tray applications. It has super anti-fog ability, suitable for high-speed processing, good memory and strength, and high definition.
