Lidding Film Vacuum Skin Film for VSP Tray

VSPEV is a new multi-layer co-extruded high-barrier Skin Film specially developed for fresh food by the Tipack® R&D team. VSPEV is used in conjunction with VSP Tray to form a Vacuum Skin Packaging (VSP). VSP's unique packaging method tightly wraps the fresh food between the tray and the Vacuum Film. The vacuum film is tightly attached to the food like a second skin, the inner vacuum is higher, and the product display is more attractive. 

Compared with traditional modified atmosphere packaging (MAP), VSP packaging allows consumers to see the real effect of food more clearly without touching it directly. According to consumer feedback, the shelf life of VSPEV and VSP Tray combination packaging can be as long as 120 days. Vacuum skin packaging allows retailers to enable vertical and hanging displays, and the perfectly contoured upper film fully demonstrates the advantages of high-quality products, while also facilitating transportation and storage, reducing wastage and improving transfer efficiency.
