High Barrier VSP Vacuum Skin Film

The Tipack® R&D team has newly launched the VSPEV series of Skin Film. VSPEV is an EVOH high barrier thermal shrink cover film for vacuum skin packaging (VSP). VSP fully and tightly seals the food between the base film and the heat softened top film under vacuum deaeration and heating conditions, it provides an attractive presentation to the food, and greatly extends the shelf life of the food. 

Data Feedback that the use of VSPEV and VSP Tray combo packaging can even extend the shelf life of certain prepared foods to 120 days. Vacuum skin packaging allows retailers to enable vertical and hanging displays, and the perfectly contoured upper film fully demonstrates the advantages of high-quality products, while also facilitating transportation and storage, reducing wastage and improving transfer efficiency. VSPEV is an 11-layer coextruded film with barrier properties, high clarity and toughness. VSPEV greatly improves the efficiency of manufacturers and also facilitates retailers to sell goods to a wider area.
