MAP Trays can greatly extend the fresh-keeping period of fresh meat, produced by Tipack Group. The controlled atmosphere preservation technology is to artificially control the proportion of nitrogen, oxygen, carbon dioxide, ethylene and other components in the gas in the controlled atmosphere fresh-keeping PP Tray, humidity, temperature (above the freezing point) and air pressure, and delay the metabolic process by inhibiting the respiration of the stored cells, so that it is in a state of near dormancy, rather than a state of cell death, so that the texture, color, taste, nutrition, etc. of the stored material can be kept basically unchanged for a long time, thereby achieving the effect of long-term preservation. 

EVOH Barrier MAP Tray uses EVOH as an oxygen barrier, which is oxygen resistant and low temperature resistant. Ten portions are suitable for the storage and retail of fresh meat and frozen fresh meat. Even after the fresh-keeping storage material is removed from the air-conditioned fresh-keeping environment, its cell life activities will still maintain the normal metabolic rate in the natural environment, and will not mature and decay quickly. By reducing the oxygen content necessary for respiration in the environment and storing at low temperature, the purpose of reducing the respiration intensity as much as possible can be achieved, so that fruits and vegetables can better maintain their original natural texture, flavor and nutrition in a longer storage period.
