Vacuum Skin Packaging

The principle of skin packaging can be roughly divided into the following three processes. During the heating process, the top of the cover film is evacuated to make the cover film close to the heating dome, and the cover film is fully heated and softened. B body bonding process, the vacuum is stopped, the cover film is removed from the heating dome, and it is attached to the surface of the content. C heat sealing process, the cavity is filled with compressed air, so that the cover film is heat sealed with the bottom of the tray and the edge of the box.
