1. Structural features:

a.The frame is made of Q235-A steel plate, which is assembled by modules;

b.With high quality wooden curtain, lined with thick canvas, the surrounding angle for supporting belt;

c.Brad belt has a horizontal conveying belt, use anti-skid skins belt;

d.Stripping roller with nail tooth high external diameter  φ410mm,  the wire teeth has 3 rows, and it has a device for avoiding entangled fiber in two side

e.Vibration plate is made of 1.2mm steel plate, mechanical polishing.

f.Fiber storage box are respectively provided with 2 photoelectric controller, the  position adjustable;

h.Enter fiber side add high lever fiber storage, Output fiber with two photoelectric control

i.Power: Feeding rolls1.5KW frequency control, corner beater 3KW
