Conical Twin Screw Extruder
This is new advanced twin screw extruder for aluminum composite panel production line, it has good output extrusion capacity for both polyethylene and B1 mineral materials, also the power consumption low.
90° Three Roller Calendar Type
This type design is good for different kinds quality of polyethylene, also good for thinner aluminum (0.03mm), signage panel, high glossy panel, etc.
45° Three Roller Calendar Type
This type design is good for good quality of polyethylene, also good for interior and exterior panel, etc.
Two Roller Calendar Type
This type design is good for good quality of polyethylene, good for thick panel and B1 FR panel, steel composite panel, stainless steel composite panel, etc.
Three/Two Roller Calendar Combine Type
This type design is good for different kinds quality of polyethylene, B1 FR granule, and suitable for all kinds of panels.
Stablely Unwinding System
With Hongyang Machinery's double head moveable hydraulic collapsible chunk uncoiler, the aluminum can be stablely unwinding, to make the composite tension very steadily. It can make sure the composite panel surface very flat.
