Conical Twin Screw Extruder

This is new advanced twin screw extruder for aluminum composite panel production line, it has good output extrusion capacity for both polyethylene and B1 mineral materials, also the power consumption low. The line speed can be max 3.5m/min for B1 FR ACP.

Parallel Twin Screw Extruder

This is new advanced twin screw extruder for aluminum composite panel production line, it has perfect output extrusion capacity. The line speed can be max 7m/min for B1 FR ACP.

90° Three Roller Calendar Type

This type design is good for different kinds quality of polyethylene, also good for thinner aluminum (0.03mm), signage panel, high glossy panel, etc.

45° Three Roller Calendar Type

This type design is good for good quality of polyethylene, also good for interior and exterior panel, etc.
