DESCRIPTION

Integral Frame

F9000 Series penstock has an integral frame. we use advanced mechanical equipment to make the frame try to be made by only a few piece steel to reduce the welding, which makes the frames look more beautiful and also become more stability.

Quite

We use POM as gate guilder to ensure the penstock can be opened or closed very freely, also the gate will not touch the frame in whatever positions, which make the products service with no noise.

Seal

F9000 Series penstocks have qualified seal performance under a max4.0m on/off seating pressure. For bigger head application ,please contact with our Engineer.

Structure

Four sides seal in bi- directions

The rubber seal designed to a rectangle, and also has a some shape of the frame ,which ensures our penstock qualified seal in four sides.

Because the rubber seal has a special hackle shape in both sides, our penstock can be well sealed in bi-directions at a max.4m water. For higher water head ,please contact with our Engineer.

Ideal Flow Characteristic

When opening our penstock, the water can only get through the opened passageway, the above area are still sealed by the profile seal, which ensures our products have very good flow characteristics, suitable as throttling and regulating application.

Easy installation

F9000 Series penstock can be wall mounted or channel mounted.Because we use removable claws, anchor and sponge seal for installation, our products can be easily installed at inlets of pits or basins.

Our products are available for grouting in recesses of the structure.
