Knife gate valve
Summary:
The knife gate valve employs straight through structure of flange type or wafer type. It is metal-to-metal sealed or soft-sealed. When being opened or closed, the valve has small friction, so, a long service life, because the wedge and the sealing surface apply unique design, which has no concave cavity retaining water. The stem applies rising-stem type, which has left hand screw. When the stem nut is rotated, the opening scale of the valve can be directly viewed.
Function: the knife gate valve is able to regulate or cut off various media which may contain big granules, sticky objects or floats.
Driving mode: handwheel, worm gear, electric or pneumatic.
Characteristics of the structure:
It uses “U” type resilient sealing structure, relabel.
The stem made of stainless steel is durable, which is calendared by double threads. The valve has excellent performance and opens, closes more quickly.
The sealing surface of the wedge can automatically clear farraginous objects and scrape off those objects that are sticky to it.
The upper sealing uses scientific stuffing design, safe, effective and durable.
The orienting block on the body leads the wedge to run correctly. When being closed, the orienting block is pressed, which causes the closing tighter and tighter.

The non-toxic epoxy resin powder conforms to the requirements of GB/T17219-1998.
The sealing rubber complies with potable water standards.
