High Throughput Water Ring Cutting Granulator

PROCESSING DESCRIPTION:

The water ring granulating line, as pelletizing under water, the molten polymer flows through the multiple holes of the die plate. As the polymer emerges from the dia face. The cutting is accomplished by the rotating knives, which are assembled in the die plate. The contact between die plate and rotating cutting knives will not only promote the molten polymer pelletizing but also result relative wearing. The die face is specially made of hardened metal, and the wearing happens mainly on the knives. Due to the specific cutting process, the contact will be taken place by hydraulic pressure. By this way, the machine will obtain a much longer service life. 

ADVANTAGE OF WATER RING GRANULATING:

In comparison to the underwater granulating method

Compared with underwater granulating, the pellets are cutting at die face in air.

Advantages of water ring pelletizing are shown as below.
