Description of NFC/WPC

The Nature fiber composites (NFC) contains natural fibers, thermoplastic polymers and additives, which are added to improve or achieve the required properties of the end products. The wood plastic composites (WPC) is one of the sub-categories, which the fiber originates from a wood source. The NFC/WPC Products are usually demanded as substitute for wood and wooden material for indoor and outdoor application.

NFC/WPC Extruder by Langbo Machinery

Langbo Machinery has been focusing on the NFC or WPC Profile Production Line for our 15 years and is able to give the comprehensive production solution and technical support. The Extruder series are specific designed for production of WPC or NFC.

Based on our long-term cooperation with the competent partner specialized in raw materials, formulation development, extrusion tooling and feeding systems as well as final product producer.

The Extrusion concept is counter rotating twin screw, which ensures a stable production and high energy-performance ratio during WPC production. With diverse screw geometries, our extruders are able to process a variety of different raw material and its combinations.
