Applicaiton:

The single-screw extruder adopts double-step overall design to strengthen the plasticizing function and ensure high speed and high performance stable extrusion. The special barrier integrated mixing design guarantees the mixing effect of materials, high shear and low melting plasticizing temperature to maintain the high performance with low temperature and low pressure metering extrusion of materials. All these delicate design can increase the  feeding speed, optimize the material melting process, improve the extrusion production and achieve the extrusion material melt at a much lower temperature. Meanwhile, our machine has a wide processing range, which is suitable for several kinds of polyolefin material, especially for HDPE, PP, ABS raw material coffin.

Features of the core components:

1. The single screw of the extruder has some special design. The heat conduction area of the materials and the shear velocity inside the barrel will promote the plasticizing of materials and make them melting under a much lower temperature.

2. The body of feeder hopper is equipped with magnets which prevent iron and other waste falling in. The special design effectively protects the inside single screw and extend the service life. 

3. Setting the gearbox enables to pass the driving moment to screw gear evenly. 

4. Adopting cast aluminum heating on the barrel can extend the service life and install conveniently.

5. Using air cooling for the barrel has less temperature fluctuation.

6. The three-phase asynchronous motor can frequently control the speed of motor. This equipment can maintain speed stability and durability.

7. The over current protection device can prevent damage to other production parts.
