Single Oven Pipe Belling Machine

Applications:

  The pipes with small overall dimensions can be processed by the single oven belling machine with low energy consumption and high performance. Features of Belling machine:

•  Thermoregulated oven heats the pipe evenly both inside and outside.

•  Heating System has high efficiency in heating pipe extremely for mid or high wall-thickness. The heating system by using Infrared heaters

   helps the belling machine to minimize electric consumption of machine. Moreover, Infrared heaters provides homogeneous heat inside the

   pipe. The pipe surface temperature will be constantly measured, and the temperature controls the emission of the heating power directly.

•   Cooling system has air blowing and water cooling.

•   Mechanical mandrel for forming has expandable inserts and external pressure

•   With the High energy saving components, the processing has high energy efficiency.

•   High socket quality is guaranteed. The socket is firstly formed and calibrated internally on the mandrel and then cooled.

•   By air blowing cooling system, the cooling air is filtered and dried. This ensures the cleaning of the component and no corrosion risk.

•   Hydraulic system for belling of pipe makes the socket process faster and much more reliable. The pneumatic systems are used for moving components.
