RECYCLING PROCESS FOR FLAKES PRODUCTION

To recycling of the post customPET Bottles, theymust be made as cleaned flakes and then be processed for granulating or other purpose. The Flakes ProductionLines consist of following operation steps

Pre-Washing and Separation,

SizeReduction, 

Sink and float,

Cold and Hot Washing,

Label Separation,

Drying process,

Scrap PET material is cleaned externally in the Pre-Washing part and separated manually. In the Size Reduction part pre-washed material is grinded and after that flakes are cleaned intensively in Cold and Hot Washing parts. After Washing and Drying PET flakes are separated from light label impurities. Lines are designed according to the contamination and capacity.
