The plastic PET is usually used for beverage bottles, food containers or industrial film. For recycling these waste PET products will be crushed, washed and dried to be cleaned PET Flakes as middle status. Then the flakes will be transported into the extruder and granulated for further shaping for next plastic life cycle. The recycled PET material will be classified and used for yarn, fabric, fiber, packaging material even the new bottles.
RECYCLING PROCESS
Generally the complete Recycling line consists of steps Crushing, Washing, Pelletizing. The rPET granulates are ready for next forming processing.
