DESCRIPTION OF PIPE PRODUCTION

Auto loader → drying hopper → single screw extruder(mark line extruder) → mould → vacuum calibration tank → spray tank → haul-off machine → cutter unit → stacker

Customer tailored equipment according to the application of the pipe such as pressure classification and wall thickness control.

Screw and barrel are designed with a special layout and produced by Bi-metallic in order to make sure good plasticizing when the barrel is high-speed rotation. High throughput can be achieved with lower power consumption.

Integrated gravity dosing system can be assembled in the HDPE Extrusion Line which controls the quality of pipes and save the production cost.

Stainless steel SUS304 will be used for vacuum tank and cooling tank. The thickness of stainless steel is 3 mm to 5 mm. And all tanks are designed with a reasonable pipe layout and low power consumption.

Pumping system increases the cooling effect and reduces the length of the cooling tank, which increase the productivity and production cost.

The whole line is controlled by the PLC smart modular. Furthermore, automatic control, real-time data record, and closed-loop control can be realized.
