Double Stage Pelletizing:

PP, PE granulating line includes single-stage strand pelletizing, single-stage water-ring pelletizing, double-stage strand pelletizing and double-stage water-ring pelletizing. It can be applied to PP PE film and PP PE lumps with different purity. The screw of the extruder has exhaust system which can vent the inside moisture. The die head is equipped with hydraulic screen exchanger which can filter the impurity easily.
