Recycling Application
Applicable plastic materials for waste plastic recycling and granulation machine: PP, LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, BOPP, etc.
Material shapes: Woven bags, printed LDPE film (rolls, loose, bundled), agriculture film, foamed plastics and raffia, etc.

Recycling Process flow
The crusher
machine blade structure is V shape which can high efficiency to crush film or
bags. The float washing tank have 5 roller on the top, the last roller control
by inverter. rigid plastic will be drain
out in the bottom. the friction washer machine will pre-washing material
and remover dirty water and so on, it has 1200RPM.plastic dewatering machine
with 1500RPM Spin to remover dirty water. the finally moisture content 5~8%.
After crushing washing and
drying, the flakes can be granulated for next step This washing line is high automatic
operating and save labor cost and low after maintenance.
The washing recycling line could
be displayed "L" or "U" shape according customer’s
