EXTRUDER FOR WPC PROFILE

Conical twin screw extruder is widely used to process the natural fiber-reinforced plastics such as WPC (wood plastic composites). With the optimized design and delicate combination of core components, our extrusion line has several advantages such as stable material feeding speed,  non-destructive processing and highly stable screw pressure for the production. So that the homogeneous melting polymer under the optimum temperature will be extruded.

The conical twin screw extruder for WPC floor consists of the following components:

Driving motor: It is equipped with famous brand motor as driving source

Gearbox: We adopt quality-assured gearbox to guarantee the maximum output of power

Screw & barrel: The screw is made of bi-metallic. The inner of screw has the oil temperature device to conduct real-time monitoring. The screw is composed of different sections in order to achieve better transmission, compaction, mixing and plasticizing. The barrel obtains air blower as cooling device. The special and optimal structure of the screw and barrel is based on the characteristics of raw materials.By this way, it promotes the plasticizing of the polymer.  

Control system: We adopt unique electrical components with superior quality to acquire accurate control of the machines.
