Driving Motor: Provide the power of screw rotation. AC motor is widely used in the extrusion line. For rotation speed adjustment frequency inverter are adopted

Siemens motor combined with ABB/FUJI frequency inverter provides stable torque output and various speed.

Gearbox: Transfer the torque from motor to screw, meanwhile it adjusts the suitable torque and rotation speed for screw. A reliable gearbox should not only have a nice outlook but also a stable running and long lifetime.

The teeth of gears in the gearbox should be hardened. Forced cooling system guarantees an ideal working conditions of gears. The high-quality bearings can take over the axial force from the screw during the production and ensure a long stable working time. The famous gearbox brand in China will be adopted.

Distribution box: The gearbox adjusts a suitable torque and rotation speed for screw. Distribution box put the output power on the conical twin screw. Because of a direct connection with screw.
