Introduction of PP-R
PPR is a random copolymer polypropylene synthesized by (PP and PE) vapor phase method, whose structure is characterized by PE molecules irregularly linked in PP molecules, with molecular weight ranging from 300,000 to 800,000. The pipe produced by using PPR raw materials, also known as random copolymer polypropylene pipe, is a plastic pipe product developed and applied in the late 1980s and early 1990s. With its own excellent performance and a wide range of applications, it has taken its place in the plastic pipe market and is recognized as a green product.
Compared with traditional cast iron pipes, galvanized steel pipes, cement pipes and other pipes, PPR pipes have the advantages of energy saving, environmental protection, light weight and high strength, corrosion resistance, smooth inner wall without scale, easy construction and maintenance, long service life, etc. They are widely used in construction, municipal, industrial and agricultural fields such as building water supply and drainage, urban and rural water supply and drainage, city gas, electric power and optical cable sheathing, industrial fluid transportation, agricultural irrigation, etc.

Features of Pipe Production Line
1) Independently developed high efficiency PPR Extruder and Glassfiber Extruder are applied, especially in the Glassfiber Extruder that is specially designed according to glassfiber feature, with advantages of high wear resistance and corrosion resistance, effectively ensuring the stable extrusion.
2) The adjustable co-extrusion die head, our patent product, can composite multi-layer evenly and rapidly and get optimal thickness of each layer quickly without adjusting the extruder rotating speed. Thus, the design can reduce the dependence on operator’s skill during the production process.
3) The combined cutting system can guarantee the rapid and dustless cutting of different diameters’ pipes during the high speed production. The control technology, which is self-developed according to pipe cutting characters, ensures higher accuracy of cutting during the high speed production and eliminates the problems of printing being not synchronous with cutting, uneven pipes’ length, etc.
4) It can be upgrade by machine configuration renovation to produce high speed three layers or single layer HDPE pipe.
