INTRODUCTION OF PPR

  PPR is a random copolymer polypropylene synthesized by (PP and PE) vapor phase method, whose structure is characterized by PE molecules irregularly linked in PP molecules, with molecular weight ranging from 300,000 to 800,000. The pipe produced by using PPR raw materials, also known as random copolymer polypropylene pipe, is a plastic pipe product developed and applied in the late 1980s and early 1990s. With its own excellent performance and a wide range of applications, it has taken its place in the plastic pipe market and is recognized as a green product.

PRODUCT FEATURES: 

1、Healthy and non-toxic: All parts of the piping system composed of PP-R pipes and fittings can be completely non-toxic, and the health indicators meet the requirements of GB/T17219 standard.
2、No rust and corrosion: It can withstand the corrosion of acid and alkali with high concentration in a wide temperature range of PH value, ranging from 1 to 14.
3、Abrasion resistance and no scaling: PP-R pipe and fittings have a uniform and smooth inner wall, low flow resistance and no scaling.
4、Vibration and noise prevention: PP-R pipe has excellent sound insulation performance, which can significantly reduce the vibration and noise caused by liquid flow.
