Microfiber Glass Cleaning Cloths

Polyester/nylon microfiber terry cloth is usually first opened under alkaline and then dyed under acid. In this article, HA alkali-resistant disperse dyes are used to realize the new one-bath process of opening and dyeing polyester/nylon microfiber terry cloth. Tested and analyzed the alkali resistance of HA alkali-resistant disperse dyes and the color fastness of the fabric after the new one-bath method of fiber opening and dyeing, and the cost of the new fiber opening and dyeing one-bath method and the traditional dyeing and finishing process were compared. The results show that the new one-bath method of fiber opening and dyeing shortens the process flow and realizes energy saving and emission reduction; the dyed fabric has stable color and light fastness and meets customer requirements.
