Standard Tooling Ball Set

Reference ball positioning is easier to ensure the positioning accuracy.  The reference sphere is positioned in point-to-point contact mode so that high precision positioning can be achieved.  In addition, for the processing of large cavity or large workpiece in the reference ball, the processing process does not need to make a large distance of movement, saving the preparation time, especially for the multi-electrode processing of frequent electrode change, as long as the electrode and the reference ball can be divided, improve efficiency.  In addition, there may be interference in the electrode touching of some complicated workpiece, which can be avoided by using point-to-point contact of probe.
