Car Checking Fixtures Parts Fastener

Buckle in the shape of the gauge is similar, its role is to design materials for the parts of the car have anti pull place, most of the steel, and to heat treatment, so that the buckle has the property of wear resistance, the hardness of heat treatment to reach 45~48 degrees Celsius.  Auto fixture buckle is to detect the parts of the product, so its shape accuracy should be guaranteed ±0.01 mm, and to guarantee the surface smoothness of the buckle, so that the automobile fixture buckle in the process of use will not have an impact on the product to be tested .

1. No chamfering C0.5, deburred

2. No tolernace of +/-0.3mm
