Composition of Checking Gage

Skeleton and base parts;  
Body part; Functional parts (including: quick chuck, positioning pin, detection pin, mobile clearance slider, turnover mechanism, measuring table, card plate, etc.)  

Position pins and check pins could be Cr12Mov or equivalent, with a hardened surface of 58-60°.The guide of the pin on the gauge shall be matched with bushings, the bushings on the gauge shall be vented, or the pin shall be deaerated.  Bushings can be made of Cr12Mov or equivalent, with a hardened surface, Rockwell hardness C 58-60.  The surface roughness of bushing fit is Ra= 0.8 (μm).  The pin positioning/detection part shall be at least 5mm above the surface of the part. 

Technical Parameter:

1. No chamfering C0.5, deburred

2. No tolernace of +/-0.3mm

3. Neutral salt spray test

4. Surface Treatment: Chrome Plated
