GO gauge and NOGO gage notes;  

1, In the use of measuring tools should be calibrated plug gauge once every working day.  If the plug gauge is out of tolerance after checking or the ring gauge has reached the weekly inspection period of measuring instruments, the metering management personnel shall take it back, mark it and isolate it and take corresponding measures.  

2. After the adjustment of the adjustable thread ring gauge, the measuring part will be out of circle. This phenomenon will be measured and identified again by the metrological repair personnel after the thread grinding, and all dimensions can be put into use after qualified.  The scrap ring shall be marked isolated and disposed of in time, and shall not flow into the production site.  

3. After using the measuring tool (ring gauge), the attached objects in the measuring part should be cleaned in time and stored in the specified measuring tool box.  The measuring tools used in the production site should be placed in the fixed position of the process, and be handled with care to prevent damage to the measuring surface caused by bumping.
