The reference sleeve is installed on each reference block of the first reference set, and the inner hole roughness is R0.8μm. The reference sleeve and the reference block are tightly matched, and the copper cover is not allowed to be bonded with glue.

Each reference block shall be equipped with a protective cover (the material of the protective cover is soft plastic), and nameplates shall be installed in a prominent position near it to mark the processing and measurement of the theoretical coordinate value of the automobile. The maximum spacing of each edge of the reference block is 1m, which is convenient for the subsequent use of blue light scanning equipment or three-dimensional joint arm to take reference points for part cooperation.
