TL Series of steel cable carrier includes 11 split models with different pitches and inner height as TL30, TL45, TL65, TL80, TL95, TL115, TL125, TL155, TL180, TL200 and TL250. The split models are named mainly according to the length, for example, the pitch of TL80 is 80mm. Certainly, there is differnce for the inner height between split models of steel cable carrier. The inner height for TL30, TL45, TL65, TL80, TL95, TL115, TL125, TL155, TL180, TL200 and TL250 is 10mm, 16mm, 24mm, 32mm, 47mm, 58mm, 68mm, 86mm, 112mm, 154mm and 172mm respectively. The width of the steel drag chain can be customized according to the customers' requirement.
About the steel material, it can be common steel with chrome coating or stainless steel.
TL series bridge type steel cable carrier consists of link plates , aluminum cross bars (pultruded aluminum alloy) and shaft pins (alloy steel), the steel drag chain and cables or plastic tube have a relative motion when running, there is not distortion occurred.
