There are 11 split models for TL series of steel drag chain, they have different pitches, different dimensions and different bending radius respectively. The split model numbers of TL series of steel cable carrier are named after the length of pitch. For example, the length of pitch for model TL30 is 30mm, the length of pitch for TL45 is 45mm and the length of pitch for model TL250 is 250mm. Certainly, the inner height of each split model of steel drag chain is different from each other, and there are several options for the bending radius of each split model of steel cable carrier, pls refer to below table for the details.
The TL series of steel cable carrier steel consist of link plates , cross bars (pultruded aluminum alloy) and shaft pins (alloy steel), the chain and cables or plastic tubes have a relative motion when running, there is not distortion occurred.
