This model of plastic cable carrier with cross bars is call bridge type cable chain, the cross bar are removable along the inner radius. This model of plastic drag chain has a smaller pitch, it makes the cable chain feature high speed and low noise. As the structure is designed for light duty condition, this model of plastic drag chain is more suitable to apply to automation machines.
The pitch of this plastic cable carrier is 30mm which is smaller than most of other models of plastic drag chain, the inner height is 18.1mm and the outer height is 23mm. There are 5 selections for the width, inner 18.2mm & outer 29.2mm, inner 25.2mm & outer 36.2mm, inner 35.2mm & 46.2mm, inner 40.2mm & outer 51.2mm, and inner 50.2mm & outer 61.2mm. About the bending radius of this model of plastic carrier, there are 3 options as 28mm, 38mm and 48mm respectively. The mounting ends are one-piece brackets.
