ZLF62 is a model of reinforced plastic cable carrier with lids along both the inner and outer side of the radius, the lids on both sides are removable. The mounting ends are four-piece brackets with screw holes on different sides. This model of plastic drag chain has a longer overhead length, it is more suitable for big machines with longer travelling distance. The structure of this series of plastic drag chain is designed for heavy-duty use, the thicker wall of the link is aimed to support big sized cables or tubes. The plastic drag chain is produced under strict control required by ISO 9001 system, it has been verified by laboratory test. Innovative design of structure and function of this plastic cable carrier has obtained several national patents.
The inner height of this model of fully enclosed plastic cable carrier is 62mm and the pitch is 98mm. There are 2 selections for the inner width as 150mm and 200mm respectively. About the bending radius, there are 8 options as 250mm, 300mm, 350mm, 400mm, 500mm, 600mm, 650mm and 1000mm respectively.
