This series of plastic cable carrier is the smallest in size in the range of plastic drag chain in our company, there are 3 split models as model W06, model W07 and modelW10. For split model W06, the pitch is 10mm and the inner height is 6.4mm. For split model W07, the pitch is 10mm and the inner height is 7.4mm. For split model W10, the pitch is 13mm and the inner height is 10.4mm. The cross bars on the cable chain are not removable as each of them is integrated in each link, every link including the cross bar is a whole piece which is ejected out from the mould after injection process. The mounting ends for these models of plastic cable carrier are one-piece brackets.
Due to the small size and shorter travelling distance feature, this series of plastic cable carrier are more suitable to be used in micro-electrical industry and and automation industry etc.
