Low Noise JQ48 Cable Carrier

It is a plastic cable carrier with cross bars which are removable along both the inner radius and outer radius. The mounting ends for this model of platic drag chain are four-piece brackets with screw holes on different sides. It is a mute model, the noise is very low due to the small pitches from design. This model of plastic drag chain is more suitable for the machines requiring high speed and low noise.

The inner height of this plastic cable carrier is 48mm and the outer height is 66.8mm. There are 6 selections for the width, inner 51mm & outer 81mm, inner 76mm & outer 106mm, inner 101mm & outer 131mm, inner 126mm & outer 156mm, inner 151mm & outer 181mm and inner 176mm & 206mm. There are many options for the bending radius, 75mm, 100mm, 125mm, 150mm, 175 and 200mm respectively. 

This plastic drag chain is made from PA6, the nylon material is from selective suppliers who have worked with us for several years.
