New Environment protection oil mist collector

Oil mist collector is also called oil mist segragator or oil mist purifier. This model of oil mist purifier is a mechnical type model adopting the three-stage six-layer purification principle. The oil mist or vapor is sucked into the oil mist collector through the fan and the deflector board uniform the wind speed at the first stage; the bigger size particles and oil mist are filtered at the second stage; the smaller size particles and oil mist are filtered at the third stage. 

This model of oil mist collecter is a new environment protection, energy saving and emission reducing equipment. It is to collect oil and mist premeated into the air, liquefy and condense it into clean cutting fluid in the mean time of removing dust and complex articles through intercepting, filtering process then recycle it into machine tool and purify the air. 

 The airflow volume of this oil mist purifier can treat is 1000-1200 cubic meters per hour, the power of the fan is 1500W with absorption efficiency rate as high as 95%. An higher rate as 98% can be reached by adding an optional high-efficiency filter catridge to purify residual waste gas or fume after three-stage filterting.
