ZF55 fully enclosed plastic drag chain is designed for long travelling distance as it is with a longer overhead length. This is a plastic cable carrier with elegant appearance and suitable to be applied to high speed condition. The mounting ends for this series of plastic drag chain are four-piece brackets with screw holes on different sides.
The pitch of this fully enclosed plastic cable carrier is 91mm and the inner height & out height are 55mm and 84mm respectively. There are 3 selections for the inner width as 96mm, 131mm and 181mm. About the bending radius, there are 7 options as 135mm, 150mm, 175mm, 200mm, 250mm, 300mm, 400mm and 500mm respectively. The lids on along the radius are removable along both inner side and outer side, the lids are proof of dust, chips even liquids.
