This plastic drag chain is designed featuring aluminum cross bars which were assembled to the links by screws and they are removable a long both the inner and outer radius. It is designed with heavy duty structure, the pitch of this plastic cable carrier is 70mm, the inner height is 40mm and the outer height is 69mm. Regarding to the inner width, it is customized between 122mm and 442mm. There are many options for the bending radius, 75mm, 100mm, 125mm, 150mm, 200mm and 250mm respectively. This is a bridge type plastic cable carrier, the mounting ends are made of steel, they are customized to meet the location of assembly holes on the machines.
This plastic links of this cable carrier is made from PA6, except for the cross bars, the nylon material is from selective suppliers who have worked with us for several years.
