Small pitch plastic cable carrier

The pitch of this plastic cable carrier is 40mm, it is very small comparing with other nomal cable drag chain. It is the reason why this model of drag chain can be used the low noise and high speed condition. The inner height of this plastic drag chain is 58mm and the outer height is 76.8mm. There are 6 selections for the width of this plastic cable carrier, inner 51mm & outer 83mm, inner 76mm & outer 108mm, inner 101mm & outer 133mm, inner 126mm & outer 158mm, inner 151mm & outer 183mm , and inner 176mm & 208mm. There are many options for the bending radius this model of plastic drag chain, 115mm, 150mm, 200mm, 250mm, 300mm and 350mm respectively. 

It is a fully enclosed plastic cable carrier and the lids are removable along both the inner radius and outer radius. The mounting ends are four-piece brackets with screw holes on different sides. 

The plastic drag chain is made from PA6, the nylon material is from selective suppliers who have worked with us for several years.
