This plastic drag chain is designed for a long travelling distance as it is with a longer overhead length, it is also designed with heavy duty structure. This is a bridge type plastic drag chain with aluminum cross bars, the cross bars are removable along both the inner and outer radius. The length of aluminum bars can be adjusted between 126mm and 446mm, so the width of this model of drag chain can be made according to the requirement from the customers. The mounting ends are made of steel, they are customized to meet the location of assembly holes on the machines. The pitch of this plastic cable carrier is 78mm, the inner height is 46mm and the outer height is 79mm. There are many options for the bending radius as 75mm, 100mm, 125mm, 150mm, 200mm, 250mm, 280mm and 400mm respectively.
This plastic cable carrier is made from PA6 except for the aluminum cross bars, the nylon material is from selective suppliers who have worked with us for several years.
