High Speed Low Noise Bridge Type Cable Carrier

This is a model of plastic cable carrier which can move fast with very low noise from design, it is larger in size than other split models in the same series. The inner height of this plastic drag chain is 48mm and the outer height is 66.8mm. There are 6 selections for the width of this plastic cable carrier, inner 51mm & outer 75mm, inner 76mm & outer 100mm, inner 101mm & outer 125mm, inner 126mm & outer 150mm, inner 151mm & outer 175mm, and inner 176mm & outer 200mm. There are many options for the bending radius for this model of plastic drag chain, 75mm,100mm, 125mm, 150mm, 175mm and 200mm respectively. The pitch of this plastic drag chain is 35mm, it is smaller than most of common cable chain in similar sizes, the small pitch and special design of the structure is the main reason to improve the moving speed and reduce the noise effectively. It is a bridge type of cable drag chain, the cross bars are removable along both the inner radius and outer radius. The mounting ends are four-piece brackets with screw holes on different sides.  

The plastic drag chain is made from PA6, the nylon material is from selective suppliers who have worked with us for several years.
