This is a model of plastic cable carrier which is designed for use of in high-speed and low noise condition, for example, working on printing machine. The pitch of this plastic drag chain is 24mm, it is smaller than most of other common cable chains. The small pitch and the special designed structure is the main reason why this plastic drag chain can move faster with very low noise. It is a bridge type of cable drag chain, the cross bars on both sides are removable along both the inner radius and outer radius. The mounting ends are four-piece brackets with screw holes on different sides.
The inner height of this plastic drag chain is 28.2mm and the outer height is 38.8mm. There are 4 selections for the width of this plastic cable carrier, inner 30.5mm & outer 46.5mm, inner 55.5mm & outer 66.5mm, inner 80.5mm & outer 96.5mm, and inner 120.5mm & outer 136.5mm. There are 3 options for the bending radius for this model of plastic drag chain as 55mm, 75mm, 100mm respectively.
