This series of plastic cable carrier is designed for use of in high-speed and low noise condition, for example, semiconductor industry. It is a bridge type of cable drag chain, the cross bars are removable along both the inner radius and outer radius. The mounting ends are four-piece brackets with screw holes on different sides. The pitch of plastic drag chain JQ18 and JQ28 are 16mm and 24mm respectively, it is smaller than most of other series of plastic cable chain, the small pitch and specially designed struture are the main reasons why the cable carrier can move so fast but the noise is extremely low.
The plastic drag chain is made from PA6, the nylon material is from selective suppliers who have worked with us for several years.
