The structure of this model of plastic drag chain is designed for heavy loading use, the wall thickness of the link is thicker which is aimed to support big size cables or tubes. This model of plastic drag chain has a longer overhead length, it is more suitable for big machines with longer travelling distance. The cable carrier are with cross bars on both sides, which are removable along both the inner radius and outer radius. The mounting ends are four-piece brackets with screw holes on different sides.
The pitch of this model of plastic cable carrier is 115mm, the inner height is 80mm. There are a big range of selections for the inner width as 75mm, 100mm, 125mm, 150mm, 175mm, 200mm, 250mm, 300mm, 350mm, 400mm, 450mm, 500mm, 550mm and 600mm respectively. About the bending radius, many options are available as 150mm, 200mm, 250mm, 300mm, 350mm, 400mm, 500mm, 600mm, 650mm and 1000mm.
