KN/KW Series of Plastic Cable Carrier is designed for light duty use, it is with thinner wall thickness even than EN/EW series of plastic drag chain, but KN/KW Series and EN/EW series have the similar using condition. They are both more more suitable for automation industry where shorter travelling distance and light duty structure is the most condition. Another apparent difference between EN/EW series and KN/KW series of plastic cable carrier is the locations of assembly holes on the mounting brackets. The plastic drag chains under this series are with cross bars which are removable along the inner radius. "KN" means the cross bars can be removed along the inner radius and "KW" means the cross bars can be removed along the outer radius.
This series of plastic cable carrier have 3 split models with different inner height and pitch, the mounting ends for these split models are all one-piece brackets. Split model KN/KW25 is with inner height as 26mm and pitch as 46mm, KN/KW35 is with inner height as 35mm and pitch as 56mm, and KN/KW45 is with inner height as 45mm and pitch as 67mm.
