The accordion bellow is a customized product, it can be used on different kinds of machine as machine tools, automation machinery, engineering machinery, aviation machinery, medical machinery etc. The flexible accordion bellow cover is always made according to customers' needs, the shape of the cover is to meet the space over the guideway, the linear guide rail or ball screw etc. which it protects.
The bellow cover is for water proof, oil proof and dust proof. In some special conditions, the bellow can be made withstanding high temperature and even be fire-retardant with specialized fabric and PVC supporting plate.
Normally, we will create the drawing and 3D data for the customized bellow cover. The drawings will be sent to the customers for checking before production to avoid any possible mistake on the design. The mounting brackets of the bellow are always be made of steel with powder coating, or even stainless steel. Some time, the customer would like ask for PVC plate brackets or even aluminum brackets, it can be satisfied also.
