Uses and characteristics:
It is suitable for production of high-density and high-performance nonwoven fabric, such as PU leather substrate, top lining for automobile, high-density filtering material and etc. 3 kinds of structural style for this machine: Pre-needling, Upstroke and Down-stroke.

Needle density: 4000 ~ 8000 n/m.

It is suitable for production of various high quality nonwoven fabric. The main frame of machine is made by high quality carbon steel which is annealed under high temperature in order to eliminate internal stress. (Thickness of steel: 30mm). The bearings are made in German and Oil sealing is made in U.S.A.
The needle plate is made by Magnesium alloy with hole φ1.83mm, which are distributed random by computerized design.
