1. Introduction of industrial pure water equipment:
Industrial pure water equipment mainly adopts reverse osmosis technology, which is generally called reverse osmosis deionized water equipment. Reverse osmosis is a kind of selective permeability (semi-permeable) membrane that can be driven by pressure. The membrane separation technology, when the pressure in the system is greater than the osmotic pressure of the incoming aqueous solution, water molecules continuously penetrate the membrane, flow into the central pipe through the water production channel, and then flow out of impurities in the water at one end, such as ions, organics, bacteria, Viruses, etc., are trapped on the inlet side of the membrane, and then flow out at the outlet end of the concentrated water, so as to achieve the purpose of separation and purification.
2. Composition of industrial pure water equipment:
A complete set of industrial pure water equipment generally includes a pretreatment system, a reverse osmosis device, a post-treatment system, a cleaning system, and an electrical control system. The pretreatment system generally includes a raw water pump, a quartz sand filter, an activated carbon filter, a softener, and a precision filter. Its main function is to reduce the pollution index of raw water and other impurities such as residual chlorine to meet the water inlet requirements of reverse osmosis. The equipment configuration of the pretreatment system should be determined according to the specific conditions of the raw water.
The reverse osmosis deionized water equipment mainly consists of multi-stage high-pressure pumps, reverse osmosis membrane elements, membrane shells (pressure vessels), brackets, etc. Its main function is to remove impurities in the water and make the effluent meet the requirements of use.
The post-treatment system is an additional configuration when the reverse osmosis cannot meet the water requirements. It mainly includes one or more equipments such as yin bed, yang bed, mixed bed, sterilization, ultrafiltration, EDI and so on. The post-treatment system can better improve the quality of the reverse osmosis effluent, so that it can meet the requirements of use.
The cleaning system mainly consists of cleaning water tank, cleaning water pump, and precision filter. When the reverse osmosis system is polluted and the effluent index cannot meet the requirements, it is necessary to clean the reverse osmosis to restore its effectiveness.
The electrical control system is used to control the normal operation of the entire reverse osmosis system. Including instrument panels, control panels, various electrical protections, electrical control cabinets, etc.
3. The main purpose of industrial pure water equipment:
