SBR Equipment Description

     In view of the complex characteristics of wastewater from cosmetics production, the cost of wastewater treatment can be reduced, and the treatment time can be shortened, treatment efficiency can be improved, and the effluent can be guaranteed to meet the discharge requirements of industrial wastewater. The BOD and COD concentration of wastewater from a cosmetics factory is very high but the water volume is small. Large-scale sewage treatment equipment is not suitable. Therefore, the intermittent activated sludge method with small footprint but high treatment effect and SBR treatment process are adopted. The operation sequence of the SBR method is mainly characterized by intermittent operation. Compared with the traditional activated sludge method, this process has medical advantages: simple equipment structure, compact layout, low capital construction and operating costs, and convenient maintenance and management. According to statistics, its cost is more than 30% less than the traditional sludge method. The water inlet adopts an overflow inflow device with perforated walls, and the water outlet adopts a zigzag triangular weir for overflow and outflow.
